Elena is deciding to do something that is very essential to the society not only Kinondoni district but also other places in Tanzania and other tropical countries at large where malaria has been a long time problem. The use of mosquito nets and other precautions mentioned above will help people overcome malaria to a greater extent. Something to emphasize on is giving education to people so that they can see the necessity to fight against malaria. Thank you very much for your interest to help the society.
thanks but remember that you are still not too young to help the society.bear in mind that you are being chosen purposely to handle the obligation that ordinary people cannot so don't prove incapable for all these are writings but their implementations depend on you
Malaria is very dangerous disease and is among the major causes of deaths of children under five year age.The program of Elena will contribute much in the campaign of fighting against malaria. Through the videos, articles and pictures embedded in the blog which is accessible to the public will enable residents of Kinondoni and other places in Tanzania to learn how to and be convinced to use the mosquito nets. This will facilitate the plan of eradicating malaria in our country and hence improves the well being of people.
we are so thankful for your appreciation but think there is much that you can do with us that is cooperating with us.so please may you let your potential be available to the community as well
the everything postulated in this article is not the end to the problems by itself but rather the means to an end and it is therefore important that the compliment to this that is community involvement should be much emphasized if not promoted so as to achieve the end
Mosquito bed nets are very useful for protection against malaria, however insecticide-treated bed nets are more protective than untreated ones! Medicated mosquito nets repel mosquitoes upon contact, reducing the number entering the house and attemt to feed on people inside. Treated mosquito bed nets prevent most disease that result from mosquito infection such as malaria, fever and related illness Treated mosquito bed nets kill even other insects. Sometimes people especially men avoid using treated mosquito bed nets maybe due to poor understanding, claiming that they affect their sexual ability something that is not true! Therefore a profound education on the use of treated bed nets should be provided, for are now major intervention for malaria control. THANK YOU
you should not forget that most of treated nets contain chemicals that are harmful to human beings as they cause irritation to skin and on prolonged contact to the skin skin carcinoma may be unavoidable.so be careful when opting on this
am not amazed to see this from you guys..you are just doing your duty and surely no body can deny the fact that you are the future Doctors of this Nation...lets do it together then....hallah..
WELL DONE BRO. something that is being done by Elena to promote health by fighting malaria through providing the society by mosquitor nets is good, but although programs like HATI PUNGUZO helps this exercise especially to pregnant and lactating mothers but challenge remain to the rest society members that they claim only on the notion that nets destruct their reproductive systems especially to men without any scientific proof on this, therefore Elena as a health promoter, she should play a great role to educate this people who are still ignorant on how much mosquitor nets are advantegous to them. By doing this, the exercise will bear fruits to society and run away from the risk of deaths by malaria. Thanks very much you all those who give out your views on this as health personel to be, am sure we will achieve it. STAY BLESSED YOU ALL MD GROUP No 23 MEMBERS.
thanks much for your encouragement, seen that you have good views/ideas we expect that you become among the pioneers in rendering this service since Elena and her colleagues cannot do this alone and in fact you have to since ypou in this profession
NICE ITS GOOD; May i share empathy with you on the use of mosquito nets ,in order to improve the use of mosquito nets there should be a regular supply of mosquito nets at least once per year on each family because you may find some of mosquito nets are torn but are still in use and these nets should be supplied according to the number of beds to that family since you may find more than 3 or 4 people sleeping on the same bed so this congestion is not good. Also these nets should be supplied to pregnant women, under five children and older (aged above 60yrs) and strong hearth education should be given starting from the root which is the society. furthermore material used for manufacturing mosquito nets should be cotton material and not nylon material which some of the people use in fishing and trapping insects.best wishes``
thanks for you good contribution but bear in mind that source of income is still a problem but with proper management the small that community has can be accompanied with some sort of education that can enable them to get away with their former practices of not liking to use mosquito nets
since you seem to be among beneficiaries of the project may you then not hide the small that you have acquired but let you share it with others that may indirectly benefit from the same
Malaria is very dangerous disease in tanzania. It cause death to many people especial children under five age. Elen suggest that the use of Mo squito nets will help to solve this problem. Education should be provided to all people on how to prevent and control malaria.
this is the party of education that we provide but seeing that you are interested in helping the community make sure you fuse that education with complimentary factors as empowerment, encourage community involvement and others that together can bring about drastic changes to people's attitudes and health as whole
thanks for appreciation but our request for you is to not only be happy but also make the things that we have just suggested part of you that through you actions the entire community may then learn from you and become automatically subjected to changes
EDUCATION is a key weapon to success when fighting the enemy .MALARIA DESPITE other initiative measures that are to be taken, the society must be educated not only on the necessity and methods of using the nets, but also the prevailing belief that using them will make males sterile. A FOLLOW UP house to house must be made to ensure that even those who took the nets use them appropriately, as some may use them for FISHING and TRAPPING INSECTS. MUCH THANKS TO ELENA by introducing the project that will not only benefit the society of KINONDONI, but all over the world
with this then brother hope we can manage the project, lets you not get tired of posting your opinions for they are useful for accomplishing the mission and moreover you should not only show you talents in writing but also in real life practice.keep it up
this is not the end of our movement since we are looking forward towards establishing printed journals that can be accessed even by those who are limited to internet services only we need your cooperation
